that are developing software solutions for loyalty and
incentive programs in the western part of the GTA. The
programs began for us in September, involve two
development teams of approximately eight developers
each, and to date have had values well over $1M each. We

“We engaged Techability in May to provide us with a
Project Manager. The project lasted one year and it was
to help us launch our new website. The main goals for
this site were as follows: 1. Improved navigation 2. 100
percentage WCAG 2.0 compliant and pass the W3C Checker
100 percent 3. Federated search of both SharePoint and
the Platform content. This initiative was valued at
$250,000. The project manager managed 3 vendors, with
involvement from all departments within our company.
Also extensive testing was conducted with internal
stakeholders as well as representatives from our
community that are visually impaired. Creating a website
that is 100 percentage compliant is non-trivial. The
external testing was complicated from the perspective of
the various assistive technologies in play such as JAWS
and screen readers just to name few. We definitely would
not have been successful without working with
Techability.”
